We don't sell outcomes — we sell reps and an honest score. No "buy this and become a millionaire." You get a real rep, a real number, and a coach that tells you the truth. What you earn with the skill is yours to go get. Some people will make a lot. Most of what we can promise is that you'll get measurably better — and we mean it enough to sometimes tell you "not yet."

1 credit = 1 cent. Every rep spends credits equal to 2× the live-voice compute it burns — you're billed in credits, never for compute, and only for what you use. Credits live in your suite account and are bought at the account page — THE CLOSE never takes a payment itself.
Every rep spends credits = 2× the live-voice cost it burns (input + output), plus the scoring, debrief and replay it generates — priced by the server from exact usage, never estimated by your browser. 1 credit = 1 cent. Credits don't expire on a monthly clock: what you buy is what you have. When you run low, buy another pack at your account page. Bonus credits are promotional and can differ from the "up to" figure: when a first-purchase promo is running, the larger of the two bonuses applies (never both), and a lifetime cap on bonus credits can apply. Your receipt and your account ledger show the exact bonus granted.
